Teary moments? |
The highlight of this WW2 romance flick for me came towards the end when I thought I spotted Emma Watson as a 6 year old. I couldn't verify it in IMDB but if anyone knows please drop me a line.
I remember seeing the promos for this film all those years ago and wondering if I should go and see it. The thought of watching a film about a nurse minding a disfigured injured soldier put me off. As it turned out I should have gone with my instinct. This star studded film should have been a dud but instead it grossed a gross bundle. It is supposed to be a tear jerker but when the moment came with Count Laszlo (Ralph Fiennes) carrying his dead lover Hana (Juliette Binoche), this normally cry-baby only wanted to check the credits to see if Emma Watson was in it. As they say, that's three hours of my life spent on this when I could have been watching the cat sleeping. Don't waste your time.

I saw that at 148:58. She is on the truck with Juliette.
